PROFESSIONAL
Mr. Garcia is an associate whose practice is concentrated primarily in the area of creditors´ rights and mortgage banking. He has extensive knowledge in default servicing; (foreclosure, bankruptcy, collection, eviction, loss mitigation and debt restructuring) as well as in title curative; real estate owned sales; and document review and drafting. Mr. Garcia interned with HWA in 2015 as a second-year law student. He worked primarily in the title department. Since 2016, Mr. Garcia has vigorously served as a legal advocate and strategic advisor for his clients. Prior to working at HWA, Mr. Garcia worked at Shapiro Schwartz as a foreclosure attorney. He also worked at Dakota Asset Services. There, he was the point of contact for title and foreclosure-related issues. He also has experience helping people with their worker’s compensation and immigration cases.
