HOUSTON, Texas (Oct. 8, 2007) - Lawrence "Larry" Young, a partner with Hughes Watters Askanase L.L.P. (HWA), will be an opening speaker at the Credit Law Institute's Consumer Credit 2007 seminar on Nov. 8 in Dallas.
Young will co-present with Sealy Hutchings, general counsel of the Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner of Texas, on the topic of 2007 Texas consumer financial services legislation and litigation. Young, who joined HWA in 1994, has focused his practice on consumer financial services, bankruptcy law for creditors, commercial finance and consumer financial services litigation.
