Larry Young to Speak in Baltimore, San Francisco
HOUSTON, Texas (May 7, 2007) - Lawrence Young, a partner at
HughesWattersAskanase L.L.P. in Houston, will speak today on a panel at the Fourth Annual Housing and Auto Finance Workshop in Baltimore and also on a panel May 11 at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) 12th Annual Consumer Financial Services Litigation Institute seminars in San Francisco. Both panels will focus on recent developments and litigation trends involving the Fair Debt Collection Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Young, who joined HughesWattersAskanase in 1994, has focused his practice on consumer financial services, bankruptcy law for creditors, commercial finance and consumer financial services litigation. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and a frequent speaker and author.
