Shurn has focused his practice on the reorganizations and workouts for corporations and individuals, the representation of secured creditors and entities which seek to acquire assets out of bankruptcy cases. He also represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. Varner's expertise is primarily concentrated on creditor's rights and bankruptcy law, and she has represented a wide variety of lenders, including mortgage companies and credit unions. Scott has focused her practice on mortgage law, bankruptcy, credit union law and default servicing (foreclosures and evictions).
