Claude Anello to Join Panel Discussion on Exit Strategies for Business Owners
HOUSTON, Texas (June 1, 2014) – Claude Anello, a senior counsel with Hughes Watters Askanase, L.L.P. (HWA) has been selected as a panelist for the upcoming Business Owners Leadership Dynamic (BOLD) panel discussion, Exiting Your Business: What You Need To Know on June 4, 2014.
Claude Anello, who practices in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, commercial finance and real estate law, will join a team of area professionals to discuss topics on how business owners can receive the optimal results when looking to transition out of their business. Business owners will have the opportunity to interact with the panel of experts to raise questions or issues that have broad interest. The discussion will address how businesses can transform themselves to yield the desired results at the time of exit, whether planned or unplanned. Claude’s commercial finance expertise was developed by representing lenders and borrowers in numerous transactions, including complex credit facility structuring and negotiations, due diligence analysis, unusual collateral securitization, distressed collateral management and foreclosures. Claude’s real estate expertise includes representing clients in formulating strategies for the development, acquisition, financing, management, entity structuring, disposition and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.
