Hughes Watters Askanase Receives Summit Award
From Fidelity National Foreclosure Solutions
HOUSTON, Texas (Aug. 23, 2007) - Hughes Watters Askanase, L.L.P. (HWA) of Houston recently received a 2006-2007 Summit Award from Fidelity National Foreclosure Solutions (FNFS, www.fnfs.net), a division of FIS Default Solutions, in recognition of the firm's superior performance in foreclosure and bankruptcy. Only six of the 250 law firms in the FNFS network attained this distinction.
Founded in 1988, FNFS provides the nation's loan servicers with comprehensive solutions for managing foreclosures, bankruptcies and related default matters, including sophisticated web based tools, updates from FNFS databases to allow clients near real time data availability and an attorney interface.
"Fidelity National Foreclosure Solutions is proud to recognize Hughes Watters Askanase as one of only six firms whom we have honored this year with our new Summit Award," said Bill Newland, first vice president of operations for FNFS. "This award honors firms who have maintained a 'Comparable to Best in State' rating, according to the FNFS Attorney Performance Report, in both foreclosure and bankruptcy for twelve consecutive months."

Our goal on individual, firm and client levels is to foster the development of leadership qualities, a cooperative sprit, and pride and self-sufficiency in work performance.
